The Jordan-Rieger Fund
The Jordan-Rieger fund was established in 2008 by Chuck Jordan, Jenny Pickett, and Robin Walsh. This fundraiser to raise money for pancreatic cancer at the Purdue Cancer Center included dinner, a silent and live auction, and entertainment by the Purduettes. The first ever Jordan-Rieger Fund raised over $22,832.00 on November 8th, 2008.

The Purdue Cancer Center Challenge
The Purdue Cancer Center Challenge is a 5k walk/run for all to enjoy! This event was created in 2008 as a way to bring together Purdue students, faculty, staff, the Lafayette and surrounding communities and all those affected by cancer. All money raised goes to support the research being done at the Purdue Cancer Center here at Purdue University. The first race, April 12, 2008 had over 1000 participants and raised over $30,000 for cancer research.
